Once your payment has been successfully processed by the ancient financial spirits, our guardians will prepare your order for its journey to your crypt. This ritual takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two methods to deliver our dark artifacts to your realm:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
Your treasures will be delivered via DHL or FedEx. The journey typically takes 10-15 days from when your order leaves our crypt.
Free Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. This spectral journey takes 15-25 days from when your order departs our haunted warehouse.
Note: Some remote regions of Asia and other distant realms may not be accessible to our delivery specters.
WHEN DARK TREASURES MUST RETURN
The Echoes of Dissatisfaction
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact—within 15 days of your receipt of the item. The artifacts must bear no signs of dark magic or earthly wear.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT RETURN FROM THE VOID
Certain artifacts in our collection are too imbued with dark energy to be returned:
- Collectables & Games once removed from their protective seals
- Fetish items for reasons of intimacy and hygiene
- Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged after leaving our crypt
- Items not in their original packaging with all tags and protective spells intact
THE RITUAL OF RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps with the precision of an ancient ceremony:
Step 1: Summon Our Guardians
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service specters at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Complete the Incantation Form
Include the following information in your email, using this template:

Step 3: Prepare the Artifact for Its Journey
Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all protective materials, tags, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Send the Artifact Back to Our Crypt
Once we approve your return, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the dark soul initiating the return, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.

THE RETURN OF YOUR GOLD PIECES
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund or exchange. The ancient financial spirits work with the following timelines:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s rituals
Exchanges will be processed once we receive your return. The replacement item will be shipped using your original shipping method, unless otherwise requested.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your dark treasure arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/incorrect items.
